Report your Relay For Life participation, so your chapter's success can be noted, and the money collected can be counted toward Phi Theta Kappa's new goal of raising $10 million for the American Cancer Society by the Society's centennial Convention in 2018. Utilize the online Relay For Life Report Form at www.ptk.org/service/relayform.htm. Chapters sponsored numerous successful Relay For Life events in the four years of the International Service Program partnership with the American Cancer Society, leading Phi Theta Kappa to establish Relay For Life as a permanent addition to the Society's civic engagement initiative, The Engaged Honor Society.
