Convention Coverage
In addition to the speakers,
2002 Convention highlights include:

More opportunities
to attend Educational Forums than ever before - two rounds of Forums will
be held on Thursday
- Opportunities for chapter advisors and chapter and regional officers
to receive training in Society programs at three pre-Convention conferences
- The Transfer College
Fair, where members planning to transfer may meet one-on-one with representatives
of senior colleges and universities
- The exciting campaign
to elect International Officers for 2002-03
- Hallmark Awards,
honoring superior achievements by chapters, regions and individuals
- Fellowship opportunities
to meet members from all across the United States, Canada and beyond
- including two themed dances
- “A Taste of Tennessee,”
the Saturday barbecue luncheon, which replaces the evening banquet,
and gives Convention attendees a free afternoon to explore Nashville

Convention
registration forms and Opryland registration forms are available on the
Convention website, www.ptk.org/convention,
and were also included in the Convention Planning Guide, mailed to all
advisors, chapter and regional officers in November. Forms may also be
obtained by calling Fax on Demand, 601.984.3548 and requesting forms 9301,
9302, 9303.

Mosal Awards for Scholarship
and Leadership Applications

Deadline
for hotel reservations to be received at the Gaylord Opryland Resort
March 15, 2002:
Final
Registration Deadline - Registrations of $200 per person must be received
at International Headquarters
After March 15:
Only
on-site registrations will be accepted for $225 per person.
