Two members of the Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters staff have been named to positions related to advisor services. Kathy Hayes (formerly Kathy Bounds), has been named Director of Regional Programs, and will work with Regional Coordinators and Regional Officers to coordinate operations related to the Society’s 29 regions, including the Five Star Program for Chapter Development. Hayes, a staff member since 1992, formerly served as Advisor Services Coordinator. The newly appointed Advisor Services Coordinator is Kimberly Norman, who joined the Membership Services staff at Headquarters in 1999. As Advisor Services Coordinator, Norman will work closely with new advisors, handle membership eligibility issues, and will assist in coordinating the International Convention Advisor Pre-Conference.
