Phi Theta Kappa chapters recently participated in "Halloween Days of Fun," October 19-21, sponsored at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide. Many members dressed in Halloween costumes to read stories to children and some even painted faces as part of the festivities. The project was a great way for members to log hours toward the Million Hour Promise.
