Mosal Award Applications Due at Headquarters February 25

Advisors eligible to apply for Mosal Scholar and Mosal Leader Awards for the year 2000 are reminded that Mosal applications must be received at Headquarters by Friday, February 25. Mosal Awards carry a stipend of $2,000. Mosal Award Applications were mailed to eligible advisors in October. To be eligible, an advisor must have previously received a Giles Distinguished Advisor or Distinguished Regional Coordinator Award in the Hallmark Awards Program, and have not received a Mosal Award in the past 10 years. Mosal Awards for Scholarship are based on projects for the development of faculty scholarship and teaching excellence in the two-year college; and Mosal Awards for Leadership recognize outstanding projects for leadership and service in the college and community.
