New eMembers Makes Membership Reporting Quicker and Easier

Just in time for the spring induction rush, a new version of eMembers is now available online at the Advisor Corner at www.ptk.org/apps/emembers.jsp. The new software incorporates exciting new features recommended by eMember users including the following:

  • An option to easily export eMembers records to the software of your choice.

  • The ability to import a list of eligible students, obtained from the registrar, directly into eMembers eliminating all data entry - NO TYPING!
  • The ability to classify and segregate students for viewing, printing or transferring to your favorite word processing, spreadsheet or database program.

eMembers has been well received by advisors since its introduction in fall 2000. Currently, 68 percent of chapters are utilizing the software.
