Rebecca Faubus, 2001-02 Chapter President Palomar College San Marcos, California "The Academy was most helpful to me in previewing some of the things I would encounter as a chapter officer. It taught me to recognize not only what type of leader I am, but also the leadership styles of my fellow officers and members. The Academy also taught me how to handle problems that arise throughout the year and to not feel frustrated. They taught us to keep an open mind and rely on our sense of humor! I have used all the ideas they suggested."
