The Journey News Briefs audience
expands Phi Theta Kappa's electronic Golden Key News Briefs are now being sent to 16,000 new subscribers. Due to expanded computer capacity at the Center for Excellence, all new members of Phi Theta Kappa will receive, at no charge, an annual subscription to Golden Key News Briefs. In the past, due to limited computer capacity, only chapter advisors and chapter officers received the popular electronic communication. As new members are reported to Headquarters and their materials processed, they will begin to receive the weekly Golden Key News Briefs. At the end of each annual subscription period, an invitation to renew the subscription, at no charge, will be sent to members. Utilizing Internet technology to disseminate communications allows Phi Theta Kappa to communicate with more members, more frequently, and more effectively. Now, Phi Theta Kappa members have a means to stay in close touch with the Society years into the future. In the past, postal and printing costs restricted mailings to members for one year only. USPS or e-mail address changes may be sent to Amanda Lee, ext. 523.
