The Journey A newsletter for Phi Theta Kappa chapter advisors, chapter officers, and regional officers. Did You Know Points to Remember about the Five-Star Development Program That a chapter advisor's signature is now required on all Five-Star Update and Goal Forms submitted to your Regional Coordinator and Headquarters. That by submitting your chapter officers' names and home addresses to Headquarters each officer will receive the Journey newsletter and other important mailings. That by attending regional meetings you will meet a requirement for the Five-Star Program while receiving training in scholarship, leadership, service and fellowship, as well as ideas for implementing the International Service Program and the Honors Study Topic. That just by fulfilling basic requirements necessary for being an active chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, you have almost achieved the One-Star Level in the Five-Star Program.
