The Beta Lambda Delta Chapter at Jefferson State Community College-Scrushy Campus is a Five Star success story! Chartered just six months before their regional awards deadline, the Birmingham, Alabama, chapter put the Five Star Chapter Development Program to work - and earned the title of Most Distinguished in their region! Chapter President Ruben Vuittonet, Jr. says, "The flexibility of the Five Star Program provided ample room for our young chapter to develop. Without feeling, constrained to meet the accomplishments of more established chapters, we designed a program based on both our resources (meager!) and opportunities available in the community."
