Detailed information concerning their institutions' Phi Theta Kappa chapters will be mailed in July to college presidents and CEOs, campus administrators and chapter advisors. The special annual mailing is designed to illustrate the correlation between administrative support and chapter success. Chapter "Progress Reports," compiled by states, allow recipients to measure their campus chapters' achievements in membership reporting and program participation, by listing such demographics as advisor release time, advisor release time, advisor compensation, line item budget for the chapter and attendance at Society regional and international meetings. Using the Progress Reports, administrators and advisors can compare the achievements of their chapters with other chapters in their same state. Information for the Progress Reports was gathered from the Chapter Annual Reports and Headquarters records. For information, contact Advisor Services Coordinator Kathy Hayes, 601.957.2241, ext 522.
