Top ten reasons Phi Theta Kappa chapters have so much to gain through this initiative

1. The administration will appreciate Phi Theta Kappa helping to recruit outstanding students to their campus.

2. The college gains very positive exposure in the local high schools.

3. The program promotes the "academic" image of the college.

4. The chapter completes an important component of the Five Star Program.

5. The chapter implements an important activity related to the Honors Study Topic.

6. The chapter performs a great project for the International Service Program, America’s Promise-The Alliance for Youth.

7. The admissions office will appreciate Phi Theta Kappa augmenting their recruitment efforts.

8. Phi Theta Kappa gains great exposure on campus, especially among administrators — which could lead to increased support.

9. College faculty can be involved by facilitating discussions following the broadcasts — increasing exposure of Phi Theta Kappa.

10. High school students learn about Phi Theta Kappa prior to entering college — increasing likelihood of becoming members.
