It's As Easy As 1-2-3

1. To get started in the Five Star Program, use your Five Star Chapter Development Program Guide (13th edition), which is mailed to all contact advisors and chapter presidents following your regional convention. This information is also available at Phi Theta Kappa’s website at www.ptk.org/fivestar/fs_intro.htm.

2. Once your chapter has reviewed the Five Star Program and the activity requirements for each level, simply complete the online Goal Form, which will be automatically sent to your Regional Coordinator and to Headquarters with the click of your mouse.

3. Submit online Chapter Update Forms according to your region’s calendar. Each region determines the frequency and deadlines for reporting. For example, chapters in the Alabama Region submit a Goal Form in May and Chapter Update Forms in October, December and February. Five Star certificates are presented to Alabama chapters at their regional convention in March.
