America’s Promise NEWS YOU CAN USE
Report Cards Are Due December 15, 2000!

America’s Promise Report Cards have been mailed to the contact advisor of every chapter. (The contact advisor is the one responsible for correspondence with Headquarters.) Chapters are asked to complete the brief Report Card, detailing the chapter’s activities related to America’s Promise, and return it to Headquarters no later than December 15, 2000.

All chapters who are involved in at least one youth-related service activity are strongly encouraged to submit a Report Card. By returning this form, your chapter will be included in Phi Theta Kappa’s comprehensive report to America’s Promise, who will then compile their Report to the Nation. All participating chapters will also be featured on the Phi Theta Kappa web site, www.ptk.org and the America’s Promise web site, www.americaspromise.org.
