FAST FACTS
Results from 1999-2000 Chapter Annual Reports

According to Phi Theta Kappa’s International Constitution and Bylaws, each chapter must submit an Annual Report. The Chapter Annual Report forms for 2000-2001 will be mailed in January 2001 to one advisor per chapter and must be returned to Headquarters by April 6, 2001. Officers are encouraged to assist the advisor in completing the questionnaire, mainly consisting of yes or no questions about the chapter’s activities.
