Project Graduation collection totals have already surpassed 23,000 books and 40,000 cans of food! Phi Theta Kappa launched the Society-wide initiative this year, asking chapters to invite graduates and their families to bring children’s books and canned goods to commencement ceremonies, for donation to local service agencies. Phi Theta Kappa chapters are strongly encouraged to make plans now to participate in next spring’s Project Graduation. Visit www.projectgraduation.org to learn more about Project Graduation and see a list of participating chapters and collections reported to date. At press time, a total of 281 chapters in 40 states had enrolled in the 2002 Project Graduation initiative. Chapters that have not yet reported their collection totals may submit this information online at www.ptk.org/apps/projectgraduation/successlogin.jsp.
