We want you to be 100% satisfied with any Phi Theta Kappa purchase you make. If you should have a problem with any item, please contact us immediately. Return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition, and we will promptly exchange it or issue a refund. Please include a copy of the original packing slip and the return order policy form. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
