Orders to Be Shipped Internationally:
To place an order requiring delivery outside of the continental United States, contact Recognition Services, 1.800.946.9996, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, CST.
Delivery Time:
Please allow 10 business days for processing and delivery of merchandise. For rings, please allow 8 to 10 weeks. For plaques, please allow 2 to 3 weeks. After a special order ring or plaque is in production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Please, no shipping to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Addresses.
Express Shipping:
All Express Shipping orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST (Monday through Friday)
will be processed the next business day. All Express Shipping orders placed on
Saturday, Sunday and otherwise noted holidays will be processed on the following
business day.
