Recognition Services working business hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. CST to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Recognition Services will be closed on Fridays.

Orders to Be Shipped Internationally:
To place an order requiring delivery outside of the continental United States, contact Recognition Services, 1.800.946.9996, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., CST.
Delivery Time:
Please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery of merchandise. For rings, please allow 8-10 weeks. After a ring is in production, no changes or cancellations can be made. For delivery of personalized banners, please allow 4-6 weeks.
Please, no shipping to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Addresses.
Express Shipping:
All express shipping orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST (Monday - Thursday) will be processed the next working business day. Fridays will not be considered a working day from June 16, 2008 until August 15, 2008. All Express Shipping orders placed Thursday after 12:00 p.m. CST, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working business day.
All Express Shipping orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST (Monday through Friday)
will be processed the next business day. All Express Shipping orders placed on
Saturday, Sunday and otherwise noted holidays will be processed on the following
business day.

Shipping charges for textbooks ordered are as follows: for 1 - 4 books, $9.00/book; for 5 - 20, $5.00/book; for over 20 books, $4.00/book. For expedited shipping

Please note that for additional items ordered, the regular shipping charges apply and the dollar
value of the textbook(s) will not be included when computing the shipping charges. If applicable,
the two shipping amounts, one for textbooks and one for other merchandise, will be combined for
your order.
