The Texas Region has 86 chapters in the state of Texas. Mary Hood, Texas Regional Coordinator was the receipient of a Distinguished Regional Coordinator Award at the 2001 International Convention. The Texas Region was a recipient of a Distinguished Region Award in 2003, 2006 and 2007.
