Regional Responsibilities
The following tasks should be completed by the Regional Coordinator in conjunction with the regional officers.
- Work with the host chapter to plan conference agenda, invite speakers and workshop leaders, and determine registration fee.
- Verify expenses to be paid by region and those to be covered by host chapter.
- Communicate with International Headquarters representative(s) regarding his/her participation in conference.
- Prepare an agenda for Regional Business Meeting (if applicable).
- Prepare an agenda for Advisors Meeting.
