Noted as a "giant family reunion" -- more than 100 Regional Officers
and 23 Regional Coordinators attended the International Leadership Conference
for Regional Officers and Regional Coordinators at the Center for Excellence
in August. Held in two sessions, the first for Divisions I and II and the second
for Divisions III and IV -- the conference included three days of intensive
instruction in Society programs, interactive opportunities for leadership
development and an abundance of fellowship. Participants also enjoyed
a tour of Canton, Mississippi, longtime home of the Society Headquarters.
The Divisions collectively purchased three bricks to commerate
their participation in 2004 International Leadership Conferences. The
Ohio region and Divisions III and IV also made contributions to the Leaders
of Promise.
