Regional Coordinators Electronic Mailing List

The Regional Coordinators Electronic Mailing List (EML) offers a venue in which Regional Coordinators from all over the country may talk to one another, gain perspective and advice, renew or form friendships and bonds, ask questions and gain knowledge.

The Regional Coordinators EML allows faculty from all over the country to communicate with each other via e-mail. Ask questions, read responses, or just chat … the Regional Coordinators EML provides a forum for Regional Coordinators to correspond with one another.

Signing up for the Regional Coordinators EML is very easy:

» To subscribe to the Regional Coordinators EML, send an empty e-mail to regcoor-subscribe@ptk.org from the account you wish to subscribe. You will then receive a confirmation request. In most cases, all that is required is to simply reply to the confirmation request.

After the confirmation process is complete, you will receive a welcome message to the list. At that point, you will be able to read or post to the list.

» If you'd like to unsubscribe from the Regional Coordinators EML, simply send a message to regcoor-unsubscribe@ptk.org from the account you wish to unsubscribe. You will then receive a confirmation request. In most cases, all that is required is to simply reply to the confirmation request.

After the confirmation process is complete, you will receive a message confirming you were removed from the list.

» If you'd like help using the Regional Coordinators EML, send an e-mail with an empty subject line and message body to regcoor-help@ptk.org from the account/address you used to originally subscribe to the Regional Coordinators EML. The list server will reply with a help file on the Regional Coordinators EML.
