Phi Theta Kappa - Honor Society

Chapters of Service Directory

Because the Service Program is new, it may take a few weeks to see your chapter on these pages.

Find out who is participating in the 2006-08 International Service Program, Operation Green: Improving Our Communities. The chapters listed on these pages have enrolled as a Chapter of Service to indicate their participation in Operation Green. Chapters need only register once as a Chapter of Service during the Society's two-year Service Program.

If your chapter is not currently registered, complete the Chapter of Service Enrollment Form. Chapters of Service will be asked to provide Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters with the following information annually regarding their Operation Green activities:
  • Number of clean-ups held (e.g., litter pick-up on campus, roadways, waterways, beaches, etc.)
  • Pounds of litter and debris collected
  • Estimated number of items recycled (aluminum cans, clothing, tires, cell phones, etc.)
  • Number of litter-free events
  • Number of trees and/or flowers planted
  • Number of sites where graffiti was removed or abated
  • Number of sites beautified (green spaces, vacant lots, houses painted, etc.)
  • Number of classroom or school-based presentations/workshops
  • Number of other community outreach presentations/activities
  • Estimated number of people reached through educational activities
  • Total number of members participating in all environment-related service projects

Chapters participating in the Great American Cleanup will be asked to submit a separate report form online at www.kab.org/ptk.
