The Alpha
Project
This initiative, named by the 1998-99 International Officers will help to identify
important Traditions of the past as the Society engages in a comprehensive
Assessment of current programs, services, and benefits in order to develop a plan
for Progress in the new millennium.
Phi Theta Kappa and the National Science
Foundation
Phi Theta Kappa works with the National Science Foundation to create programs which
support and increase opportunities for science and mathematic community college
teachers.
Operation Green: Improving Our Communities
The 2006-08 International Service Program, a partnership with Keep America
Beautiful, challenges Phi Theta Kappa chapters to focus attention on the
environment in four key areas: education/awareness, recycling, beautification
and clean communities.
The Pinnacle Award Program
The Pinnacle Program promotes increased awareness of Phi Theta Kappa, and is
designed to ensure that the benefits of Society membership are fully understood by
all eligible students.
Phi Theta Kappa Leadership
Development Programs
The Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Programs department seeks to build and
equip the next generation of our nation's leaders at the grassroots level.
