The Commission, led by Dr. George Vaughan, Alpha Project Facilitator, was comprised of national business, education, and government leaders and will attempt to establish priorities for Phi Theta Kappa in the next decade. Stephanie Wright, Phi Theta Kappa International President, served as a member of the Commission. Alpha Project Facilitator Dr. George Vaughan presented the Commission's findings and recommendations in a final report unveiled at Phi Theta Kappa's 82nd Annual Convention in Orlando in April 2000.
