They are: International President Elda Pere Alpha Epsilon Phi Chapter Bergen Community College New Jersey Vice President, Division 1 Won Joon Kang Alpha Epsilon Phi Chapter Bergen Community College New Jersey Vice President, Division 2 David Parker Alpha Mu Tau Chapter Collin College Texas Vice President, Division 3 Carol Comer Upsilon Kappa Chapter Metropolitan Community College – Penn Valley Missouri Vice President, Division 4 Philippe Schicker Beta Nu Eta Chapter Citrus College California 2018 Most Distinguished Chapter The Omicron Psi Chapter from Grayson College in Texas has been named the 2018 Most Distinguished Chapter! This is the highest honor given to a PTK chapter. Advisors are Mary Linder and Dr. Molly Harris. Congratulations! Awards for College Project, Honors in Action Project, Honors in Action Theme, and Distinguished Chapter were also presented during the Hallmark Awards Gala.
