Mission — Serving Today's Scholars, Creating Tomorrow's Leaders

The Phi Theta Kappa Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Contributions or gifts are tax deductible in accordance with IRS rules and regulations. Organized on October 9, 2006, the Foundation exists primarily to raise and oversee voluntary private support of time, talent and financial contributions to support and advance the mission, vision and priorities of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. The Foundation offers a distinct avenue for foundations, corporations and individuals, for example, who wish to support the mission and programs of the Phi Theta Kappa Foundation. The Foundation is not an operational function of the Honor Society but is rather a separate legal entity operated as a tax-exempt corporation chartered within the State of Mississippi. The Foundation's primary purpose is to secure financial contributions from alumni, friends, corporations, foundations and others for the benefit of Honor Society. The Foundation is dedicated to building and managing operational, scholarship and endowment funds and in addressing, through financial support, the long-term priorities of the Honor Society. The Foundation is responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with potential donors and other friends of the Honor Society.

The Phi Theta Kappa Foundation was created to develop a broad base of support for Phi Theta Kappa programs and the people it serves. This support is provided in many different forms ranging from alumni volunteers to corporate donations. All who believe in excellence are invited to become stewards of Phi Theta Kappa. Together, we accept responsibility for ensuring that there will be a strong Phi Theta Kappa for future generations. By planting the seeds of support today, we ensure that the pursuit of excellence will continue. We hope you will join us!

We invite you to join us in building on excellence at Phi Theta Kappa, knowing that we are exceptional stewards of the funds entrusted to us, and that we are faithful to the mission of Phi Theta Kappa. The ways for you to give are diverse and rewarding, and our numerous areas of giving allow you to tailor your gift to your specific philanthropic goals.
