Being raised on his family’s farm instilled in Braden an appreciation for hard work, efficiency, and the joy of seeing a job completed. In his junior year, he took a class in construction and fell in love with the process. Researching the career options, Braden became confident in his abilities and is confident that one day he will be the manager of his own construction company. As he chases his dream, Braden is gaining experience through working various construction jobs.
