Dylan is motivated to succeed by his family’s expectations and his own desire to have a stable occupation and a comfortable lifestyle. He plans on achieving his goals by getting his refrigeration and air conditioning associate’s degree, applying for an apprenticeship program, and obtaining his license. In 10 years, Dylan sees himself having achieved his goal with his journeyman license and having a stable job in the HVAC industry.
