After struggling to find work during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jamaica decided to return to school to find a career that could provide her and her daughter long-term stability and a better future. After being a massage therapist for 23 years, Jamaica has returned to school to finish the physical therapy degree she began after high school. Physical therapy, like massage therapy, allows Jamaica to care for the human body and help it heal.
