After dedicating 20 years of her life to caring for her family and her children, Kayla has decided to return to school to become a nurse. Having always found herself a natural caretaker and wanting to show her children that anything is possible, and that learning is a lifelong commitment, Kayla knew she wanted to pursue a major and career in healthcare. Since enrolling, Kayla has become a certified nursing assistant, began a job at a nursing home, and is very close to testing into the Gillette College Nursing program.
