The Phi Theta Kappa Board of Directors is a constituency-based governance board. It is composed, at a minimum, of one chapter advisor, one Regional Coordinator, one student member, one alumnus member, one international honorary member, one college administrator, and the Chief Executive Officer of Phi Theta Kappa. In accordance with the Society’s Constitution, the Board of Directors may elect additional members when deemed to be in the best interest of the Society.

International Honorary Member: Nominated by the Board of Directors. Elected by the Board of Directors. Serves three-year term(s), and may be renewed.

College Administration Representatives: Nominated by the Board of Directors. Elected by the Board of Directors. Serve three-year term(s), and may be renewed. In accordance with the Phi Theta Kappa Constitution, the Board of Directors may elect additional members, including additional college administration representatives, when deemed to be in the best interest of the Society.
