- Recording & Distribution – Recording, streaming, copying, or otherwise capturing the webinar (including screenshots) is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Phi Theta Kappa.
- Intellectual Property – All materials provided or displayed during the webinar, including slides, documents, and recordings, remain the intellectual property of Phi Theta Kappa and are protected under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.
