Report an Ethics Violation Instructions for Students, Advisors or Alumni Please use this form to share any concerns about behavior, actions, or decisions that may violate PTK’s standards of conduct, chapter bylaws, or the expectations of a respectful, inclusive community. Our goal is to make sure all members feel safe, valued, and heard. Before you begin: You may submit this form yourself or with the help of an advisor. You may choose to remain anonymous, but providing your name helps us follow up. Your complaint will be handled as confidentially as possible. Filing a complaint will not affect your membership status or standing in PTK. If your concern involves an incident that occurred on campus or falls under college policy, PTK may refer the matter to the appropriate campus office or administrator. This helps ensure that situations falling under the college’s jurisdiction are addressed through the correct institutional process.
