Joining the Beta Alpha Iota Chapter means becoming a part of a powerful community of diverse college students dedicated to making their own futures through service and leadership. The Beta Alpha Iota Chapter, established in 1994, is home to over 1,200 members and alumni, all committed to making a lasting impact through leadership, service, and academic excellence.

The chapter leaders at the Beta Alpha Iota Chapter have been working on service and research projects both on campus and in the community. Here are a few of their recent projects:

  • Promoting Academic Success Through the Arts
  • Exploring Student Views on Learning Modalities

Scholarships

Members of the Beta Alpha Iota Chapter who aspire to receive a bachelor's degree have access to millions of dollars in transfer scholarsips from PTK's four-year partners--these awards provide significant savings towards tuition at over 800 four-year colleges and universities. Also, $4,500 has been awarded in competitive scholarships from PTK's Foundation in recent years. These scholarships help ease the financial burden of college, enabling members to focus on their studies and future careers.
