Association of Chapter Advisors
Association of Chapter Advisors
All Phi Theta Kappa chapter advisors are members of the Association of Chapter Advisors, (ACA), the collective voice of more than 3,000 advisors across the Phi Theta Kappa network. The ACA exists to elevate advisor perspectives, strengthen communication between advisors and Headquarters, and ensure an advisor experience that is practical, consistent, and responsive to the realities of campus life.
The ACA is governed by four elected Officers, one representing each of Phi Theta Kappa’s four divisions. This structure ensures that advisors from every region of the organization have a direct role in influencing Phi Theta Kappa’s work at the international level.
ACA Officers serve as formal liaisons between chapter advisors and Headquarters staff. In this role, the ACA functions as a strategic advisory body, providing essential guidance on the design, implementation, and evolution of advisor-facing programs, policies, and operational decisions. The insights of the ACA directly inform how Phi Theta Kappa supports advisors in their leadership of chapters, engagement of students, and delivery of the Phi Theta Kappa experience on campus.
