Spring 2025 Webinar Calendar

The webinar calendar is updated each semester, and is a comprehensive overview of all upcoming webinars, important dates, and deadlines for our members and eligible members. Advisors are encouraged to promote these events to their students and can also engage with them during chapter meetings to enhance the academic and leadership experiences of their students. This resource ensures that everyone stays informed and takes full advantage of the opportunities available throughout the year.
June 10th at 3:00p.m. CT Chapter Officer Orientation - Chapter Officer Orientation is designed to equip newly elected chapter officers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead their chapter successfully. Officers will learn about PTK Programs and explore strategies for effective implementation, team collaboration, communication, and member engagement. By the end of the orientation, officers will be prepared to lead with purpose and contribute meaningfully to their chapter's success. Register
June 17th at 1:00p.m. CT PTK Virtual Transfer Fair: Featuring Graduate School Programs - Once a member, always a member! This session highlights graduate school programs at PTK partner colleges that offer scholarships exclusively for PTK members and alumni. Explore opportunities to fund your advanced degree and connect 1-on-1 with institutions ready to support your academic journey beyond a bachelor’s degree. Register
June 18th at 3:00p.m. CT Membership Recruitment and REACH Rewards - Join us to help you grow a strong, engaged chapter - We'll cover outreach tactics, effective messaging, and ways to promote the value of PTK membership through events, social media, and campus connections and how the REACH Rewards program will help your chapter REACH it's membership goals! June 24th at 3:00p.m. CT Five Star Chapter Plan  - The Five Star Chapter Plan gets to the heart of the PTK Experience. It engages chapters in Phi Theta Kappa programs and celebrates their accomplishments. We will discuss the "whys" and provide overviews of the College and Honors in Action Projects which are part of the Five Star Chapter Plan. Register
