Transfer Fair and General Session Sponsorships
Carolinas Fall Regional Leadership Conference on October 10-12

Transfer Fair Event is Saturday, October 11th from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. in the Academic Center, Room 143

Deadline for sponsoring is October 3
100% Refund, minus $10 fee, if canceled by September 26
50% Refund, minus $10 fee, if canceled by October 3
No refund if canceled after October 3

Platinum Sponsorship - $1000
*      Recognized as an official event sponsor.
*      Sponsors Institution name, link and Logo will be promoted on the Carolinas Region Social Media sites and email correspondences leading up to the Transfer Fair event.
*      Opportunity to provide a 3-5-minute presentation to the convention delegation at a general session.
*      Special recruitment displays opportunities for the entire conference/convention to provide personal assistance and information to students.
*      Sponsors may send in a digital transfer student pamphlet which will be included in all communications to advisors, students, and alumni in the Carolinas Region regarding the conference.
*      Sponsors may send in one promotional video, no longer than 3-5 minutes, to be posted on the Carolinas Regional Transfer Fair and other Regional Social Media sites in the week leading up to the Transfer Fair.
*      Sponsor will be provided a table by the Region during the October 11th Transfer Fair Event.

Gold Sponsorship - $500
*      Recognized as an official event sponsor.
*      Sponsors Institution name, link and Logo will be promoted on the Carolinas Region Social Media sites and email correspondences leading up to the Transfer Fair event.
*      Special recruitment displays opportunities for the entire conference/convention to provide personal assistance and information to students.

*      Sponsor will be provided a table by the Region during the October 11th Transfer Fair Event.

Bronze Sponsorship - $100
*      Recognized as an official event sponsor.
*      Sponsors Institution name (no Link) will be promoted on the Carolinas Region Social Media sites and email correspondences leading up to the Transfer Fair event.
*      Sponsor will be provided a table by the Region during the October 11th Transfer Fair Event.

Basic Sponsorship - $50
*      Sponsor will be provided a table by the region during the October 11th Transfer Event

Additional Sponsorship Add-Ons
Registration Sponsorship - $200
*      Many of our members would love to attend regional events for both the learning and fellowship, but unfortunately their chapter may not have the budget to participate.
*      An individual registration for our Leadership Conference has been set at $200 and your gift of this amount will award a registration scholarship to a chapter with need.

Meal Sponsorship - $1500
*      Meals are always the costliest expense, and your generous meal sponsorship will include:
o  Clearly visible signage indicating your sponsorship.
o  Inclusion of your logo/link in our convention program.
o  The opportunity to address our group during a sponsored meal or provide materials to give away at the meal.
