Registration
Regular Registration Rate (through June 16):
* Member, Advisor, Guest: $250
* Alumni (non-advisors): $225
Late Registration (June 17-23): Add $100 per person
Deadline for All Registrations and Changes: June 23 (No changes or new registrations can be accepted after this date due to host restrictions.)
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by June 23 for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
The registration fee includes all programming, meals listed in the agenda, and housing in the Texas Lutheran University residence halls. Accommodations are based on double occupancy. Private rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed as private room availability is extremely limited. If granted, an additional charge of $50 per night will apply.
