From personal loss to global inspiration, motivational speaker and bestselling author Sebastian Terry is joining the PTK Catalyst 2026 speaker lineup as a keynote speaker.

Sebastian’s life changed in his mid-twenties after he lost a close friend, a moment that led him to ask a simple question: “Am I happy?” The answer was no.

Determined to live with purpose and meaning, he wrote a list of 100 bold life goals, as a “wish list” to chase experiences that brought joy, connection, and growth. Over the past 15+ years, that list has taken him on extraordinary adventures and inspired millions around the world.

He took his experience and turned it into a guide for others with his bestselling book, 100 Things: What’s on Your List?. It encourages readers to define and pursue what matters most in life. His story ranges from marrying a stranger in Las Vegas and delivering a baby to living on a deserted island for a week and helping a quadriplegic man complete a half marathon by pushing him in a wheelchair.

What began as a personal journey has grown into a global movement. Sebastian’s “100 Things” philosophy emphasizes the importance of meaningful goal setting, human connection, and active pursuit of purpose. His journey has inspired a reality TV show, documentaries on ESPN and Discovery Channel, and a thriving global community dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams.

At PTK Catalyst 2026, Sebastian will ask members the bold question: “Are you happy?”

We’re thrilled to welcome Sebastian Terry to the Catalyst stage in Baltimore, Maryland.
