TESU Expands PTK Scholarships to Graduate School Students

Thomas Edison State University is expanding their existing Phi Theta Kappa undergraduate scholarship eligibility to include graduate students.

Thomas Edison State University is a public university in Trenton, New Jersey that offers undergraduate and graduate degrees. TESU offers 100+ fully online programs that allow students to complete their degree with their own timeline.

Tell us about your college’s new transfer scholarship for members of Phi Theta Kappa.

Thomas Edison State University offers up to ten $500 Phi Theta Kappa annual scholarships for new Undergraduate and Graduate students each year! Eligibility is based on applicant’s membership in PTK, academic GPA, and statement of positive impact on their community. Recipients must take at least two TESU courses (6 credits total) to utilize the full $500 award.

Plus, all PTK members who apply to TESU receive a waived application fee, saving $50!

Are there other transfer scholarships that could be stacked with your Phi Theta Kappa award?

TESU is one of a handful of colleges that award credit for PTK Edge and Leadership Courses towards earning your bachelor’s degree!! TESU will award three (3) credits upon completion of the PTK Edge Leadership course and TESU will award three (3) credits upon completion of the PTK Leadership Development Studies courses.  This equates to PTK members receiving up to six (6) free credits (undergraduate only)!

TESU is committed to serving transfer students! Over 95% of our students have attended college in the past and transfer their credits to TESU to earn their degree. Our flexible and convenient courses are delivered fully online, with new undergraduate terms starting each month and graduate terms starting every other month. TESU accepts up to 90 credits from a community college, plus additional credits earned at four-year colleges, through testing programs such as CLEP, DANTES, as well as other alternative ways of earning credit.
