Purpose: The FIFA World Impact Scholars recognizes high-achieving college students who are pursuing career and technical educational opportunities in cities where the 2026 FIFA World Cup will be held. This scholarship helps defray educational expenses while enrolled in a certificate or associate degree workforce development program at a two-year college.
Award: $2500
Eligibility:
- Be currently enrolled in 6 or more credits in a two-year certificate or associate degree program.
- Completed at least 12 credits by December 31, 2025.
- 3.00 or higher GPA on coursework completed in the last 5 years.
- Plan to receive your two-year degree or certificate and enter the workforce no later than August 2026.
- While not required, priority will be given to students who are PTK members.
- Academic record free from suspension, probation, or other disciplinary actions.

- Be enrolled in a major that contributes to large scale events, like the FIFA World Cup. Examples of majors include, but are not limited to:

Audio/Visual Technology | Programming, Information Systems, & Cybersecurity | Construction & Manufacturing |
