Medical Coverage *

  • $2,500 calendar year deductible (up to $1,750 reimbursed after employee pays $750)
  • $25 - $40 co-pay for office visit

Prescription Drug Coverage *

  • $50 calendar year deductible
  • $15 co-pay - Category 1

  • Provides monthly benefits equal to 60% of monthly salary after 90 days of disability

Annual Leave/Sick Leave

Exempt employees:

  • Annual Leave - 11.25 hours per month
  • Sick Leave - 7.5 hours per month

Non-exempt employees (based on compensable hours):

  • Annual Leave - .07 per hour
  • Sick Leave - .05 per hour

Educational Assistance Program

  • Employees are eligible following two years of service. 100% of tuition and fees are paid by Phi Theta Kappa for approved coursework. Payment is limited to one course per academic term. Employees who use this plan are required to remain in his/her employment for at least one year after completing coursework paid for by Phi Theta Kappa.
  • 5% per year tuition discounts and waived application fees at Colorado Technical University.
