Scholarships Administered by Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa administers scholarships using a common application. Applicants may apply for one scholarship on the common application or multiple scholarships at the same time. The Fall Common Application opens on October 1 and closes December 1. The Spring Common Application opens on February 1 and closes on April 18.   • Total awards of $75,000
  • Recognizes outstanding academic achievement of Phi Theta Kappa members

Pearson Prize for Higher EducationPearson Prize for Higher Education
  • Awards 20 scholarships of $10,000 and 50 scholarships of $500
  • Recognizes college students for high academic achievement and engagement in community service
  • Open to full-time, degree-seeking students attending a career college, two-year or four-year college or university. To be eligible, students must have completed a minimum of 30 credits, have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, have no relation to a Pearson employee, have not received the Pearson Prize grant or fellowship before and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
